Transform your corporate event with an immersive keynote experience.

See VOXUS in Action

VOXUS quickly and playfully turns your conference, corporate meeting, summit, retreat or event into a powerful experience of collective singing.

Here’s the twist:

The music is created on the spot. No lyrics, no rehearsals—just your group, finding their voice together and making music you won’t believe came from the room you’re in.

Wait… singing in business!?

If you want to inspire real change, you have to do something unexpected.

VOXUS is joyful, bold, and unlike anything you’ve ever experienced at a professional event. It transforms your conference, summit, or retreat into a dynamic moment of connection and clarity.

Participants walk away energized—with a smile on their face and a new understanding of how every unique voice contributes to the “music” your organization makes together.

“Thought-provoking and liberating. That is VOXUS. We learned so much about each other, shared a lot of laughs, and had a whole lot of fun. Six months later, people are still talking about it.”

Emotional intelligence.
Embodied leadership.
Lasting transformation.

VOXUS is more than a feel-good moment—it’s a catalyst for professional and personal growth. Rooted in experiential learning and collective vocal expression, each session cultivates:

Tailored to your event’s goals, VOXUS helps unlock the human potential at the core of high-performance teams.

  • Emotional self-awareness and regulation

  • Empathetic listening and communication

  • Resilient, heart-centered leadership

  • Comfort with risk, ambiguity, and vulnerability

  • Creative collaboration under pressure

  • Play as a driver of innovation

  • A deeper appreciation of every voice in the room

There’s solid science behind it.

Singing changes the brain—and the room.

Research shows that vocal expression triggers a cascade of positive neurological effects:

  • Endorphins boost joy and connection

  • Oxytocin lowers stress and builds trust

  • Even short bursts of singing improve mood, focus, and emotional resilience

Still skeptical? A 2015 study found that singing delivers emotional, social, and cognitive benefits—regardless of skill, training, or background.

And when you combine singing with improvisation—a tool now taught at top companies, leadership programs, and business schools worldwide—you ignite agility, presence, and powerful communication.

The Reviews Are In!

  • "Davin had a group of accounting professionals on their feet and making music together! It was amazing to see and be part of. We’ve never done anything like this at my company and it was well worth the risk of doing something really different."

  • "Davin Youngs brought electrifying energy and incredible artistry to deeply engage our audience of 5,000 neuroscientists, which was no easy feat! His musical alchemy is truly a gift."

  • "Just a month before our biggest event of the year, I got this unexpected email asking if I'd be up for making our audience sing. Now, I get speaking requests all the time, and I'm super picky about who I work with. But I had a chat with Davin, and he was so awesome that I immediately said YES. I told him we were taking a big risk since starting a summit with a singing act - ...a what???? - could either be a huge hit or a total flop. For those who were there, you know it turned out to be an amazing start, setting a high-energy tone that lasted the whole two days. Huge thanks to Davin for being incredible!"

How VOXUS works:

From 15 to 5,000 participants, Davin knows how to get your group making music—fast.

He enters the room singing and improvising, setting the tone immediately. Within moments, the group is joining in—no warm-up, no pressure, just joyful sound. Before anyone can say “I can’t sing,” they’ve already contributed to something extraordinary.

This is followed by an interactive keynote, highlighting themes around the voice, navigating change, risk, leadership, inclusion and listening.

Finally, the group sings again. They’ll leave the room with a skip in their step and smile on their face, inspired to take on the challenges of their job and the world.
